Ingredients: 

1 15oz can of drained and rinsed (organic) chickpeas
3 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup packed parsley
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup mint
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1/2 cayenne pepper
large dash of salt
1 flax egg – 1 tbsp ground flax mixed with 3 tbsp warm water
juice from 1 lemon
2 tbsp gluten-free all-purpose flour
