1 lb. cod, tilapia or other mild white fish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup panko (Japanese) breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
tartar sauce, ketchup, cocktail sauce for dipping
