1/2 scoop true protein powder
1/3c canned pumpkin (libby’s or death)
2 extra large egg whites
1/4c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1-2tsp baking powder
a pinch of nunaturals stevia extract
cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice
