1c sugar
2 eggs
1 c purred bananas
1 T lemon juice
1 1/2 T sour cream
2 c sifted flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1 c chopped nuts
Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add bananas, lemon juice, and sour cream. Sift dry ingredients together and stir into batter. Fold in nuts. Bake in greased 9x5x3 pan about 55 minutes or until bread tests done. Turn out on cake rack yo cool.
