For best results, mix all ingredients in blender or blender type device

1/2 C oats
1/2 C egg whites
1/4 C fat free cottage cheese (optional but great if you eat dairy)
1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)
1/2 tsp Baking powder
stevia or splenda to taste
