Beef & Seaweed Soup

Ingredients: 

dry seaweed 50g
beef 100g
soy sauce 2 table spoon
sesame oil 1 table spoon
garlic (minced) 1 table spoon
salt
water 500cc


  1. cut the dry seaweed into 0.5cm (width) stripes, soak in water until they swell
  2. cut the beef into small pieces
  3. heat the pan, pour in sesame oil, stir fry the beef
  4. add in seaweed & stir fry for about 1 min, add water (500cc) & stew in low heat
  5. cook for 20min, add in soy sauce + minced garlic.
  6. continue to stew until the beef soften
  7. add salt 10min before serving
