Black Beans and Pork

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin, trimmed and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 cans black beans, 15 ounces each drained and rinsed
1 can rotelle, 14.5 ounce can
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 cups white rice, cooked
