Chanterelle, Radicchio and Taleggio Pizza

Ingredients: 

¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided

½ pound chanterelle mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

1½ tablespoons finely chopped fresh thyme leaves

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped and divided

Juice from half a medium lemon

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 small head radicchio, outer leaves discarded and thinly sliced

1 large leek--cleaned, trimmed and thinly sliced

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves

1½ pounds fresh pizza dough, divided in half

½ pound Taleggio--rind removed and discarded and cheese sliced thinly
