1 teaspoon White Vinegar
3 cups All-purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
½ cups Cold, Unsalted Butter, Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
1-½ cup Freshly Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Peeled, Diced Apple (1/4 Inch Cubes)
1 whole Large Egg
2 Tablespoons Water
