Ingredients: 

one pound each of: Lamb, Pork and Beef [or veal]

2 large or 4 small cloves of garlic minced

2 teaspoons of vegeta - or just under one tablespoon

1 cup finely chopped parsley


  1. Mix and form into links the size of a fat pinky finger.  Grill and enjoy :)
