½ Pound High Quality Bittersweet Chocolate
3 Large Eggs (Plus 3 Large Yolks)
½ Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
12 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter (1 ½ sticks) (Softened)
