Chocolate Cake

Ingredients: 

Mixture
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 square melted baking chocolate
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp baking cocoa
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup strong, cold coffee

  1. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, melted chocolate and butter.  Blend well and then combine milk and vanilla to the mixture.
  2. Place in a 9 in square greased pan.
  3. Combine the topping and sprinkle over the top.  Pour cold coffee over the top and do not stir.
  4. Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes.
