1/2 cup uncooked Organic Brown Mekong Flower
1/2 cup uncooked Organic Madagascar Pink Riceā„¢
2 cups vegetable broth or water
Pinch sea salt
1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 cup minced celery
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup chopped pitted black olives
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
1-2 teaspoons your favorite seasoning blend
