1 tbs. butter
2 cloves garlic
2 tbs. flour
3/4 c chicken broth
3/4 c milk
2 tbs parsley
Salt & pepper
1/3 c par. Cheese
Melt butter & garlic and cook med heat for 1 min Add flour and cook for 1 min Stir broth, milk, until sauce boils and thickens Add parsley, salt, pepper, p cheese stir until cheese melts and pour over the pasta and stir
