Crunksizzle Cafe Baked Oatmeal Protein Bars

Notes: 

Consider substituting 1/2 cup of oatmeal for 1/2 cup of flax seeds/pumpkin seeds/sesame seeds for some extra fiber and omega 3s.

I'm also going to be experimenting with dried turkish figs and dried black currents instead of craisins

Ingredients: 

• 2 medium ripe bananas, (the riper the better) sliced into 1/2" pieces
• 1 1/2 cup blueberries
• 1/4 cup honey, agave, or maple syrup
• 2 cup uncooked oats ( I use standard Quaker oats from Costco =comes in 10 lb bags)
• 1/2 cup mix of walnut, pecans, almonds and craisens
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp cinnamon
• pinch of salt
• 2 cup 2% milk
• 1 egg
• Desired whey chocolate protein powder (optional)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbs butter
