¼ cup (½ stick) Challenge Butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon zest

4 (8 ounce) packages Challenge Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon zest
4 large eggs
1-1¼ cup lemon curd, divided
