2 Tbs. rice bran or canola oil
1 Tbs. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 Haas avocados
20 rice paper rounds, 6 or 8 inches in diameter
10 green lettuce leaves
Leaves from 1 bunch fresh basil
Leaves from 1 bunch fresh mint
2 carrots, coarsely shredded
1/2 English cucumber, cut into thin strips
