2 Tbeaten egg (crack an egg, beat it, and use 2 T)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 T creamy peanut butter (if using natural peanut butter, use a thick no-stir variety)

2 T old-fashioned rolled oats (or quick oats)
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
