Easy Tomato Preserves

Notes: 

Makes six 8 ounce glasses

Ingredients: 

4 cups chopped peeled tomatoes
4 cups sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
6 oz box raspberry jello


  1. Cook 30-40 minutes in a large heavy pan.
  2. Turn off heat and add raspberry jello
  3. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
  4. After 12 hours refrigerate
  5. Put in freezer
