EGGLESS MAWA CAKE (WITHOUT MAWA/KHOYA)

Notes: 

This is a very famous Indian tea time cake. These Mawa cakes are soft and buttery. The Mawa Cake is touched with nostalgia for many food lovers globally. This cake is specially prepared without Mawa (Khoya) as it is not available in every area.

Ingredients: 

130 gms. Maida (All Purpose Flour)
200 gms, Condensed Milk,
4 Tbsp Milk Powder,
2 Tbsp Almond, cashew, Pista Chopped,
3 Tbsp Butter,
1 tsp Baking Powder,
1/2 tsp soda-bi=carb,
60- 70 ml Milk


  1. Add baking powder & soda in maida & mix well.
  2. Take condensed milk & butter in bowl & give a nice whisk.
  3. Then add slowly maida & milk in it & beat well
  4. Slowly add all maida & milk in it & prepare a batter.
  5. lastly add milk powder & give a nice whisk.
  6. Take 9" by 9" square tin & grease & dust it.
  7. Pour the batter in it.
  8. Sprinkle chopped dry fruits on the batter.
  9. Preheat oven for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Bake the cake at 180*C for 30-35 minutes.
