1 cup oat flour (or just 1 cup of dry oats ground up in the food processor to flour-like texture)
3 scoops protein powder (i used optimum nutrition banana cream whey)
3 egg whites
2 cups milk (i used vanilla almond milk)
3 T canned pumpkin
cinnamon, stevia, pinches of nutmeg
