Football Pie Cookie Cups

Notes: 

Make sure your ingredients, specifically the butter and Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, are room temperature. This will make it easier to combine when you create your mini pie shells.
Pulse the ingredients for the mini pie shells in a food processor. This will make quick work of creating your dough. If you don't have a food processor, you can also use a mixer. I've also had success using the pulse feature on my high-speed blender.

½ cup butter or margarine softened
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons brown sugar divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup finely chopped PLANTERS Lightly Salted Cashew Halves & Pieces
2 ounces BAKER'S White Chocolate
Philadelphia Cream Cheese
