Gluten Free Falafel

Notes: 

Reduce salt to 1/4
skip red pepper flakes, replace with coriander
add 1 tsp constarch to help bind together
Can I make this w/o a food processor? blender perhaps?

Ingredients: 

1 can garbanzo beans, drained and patted dry
1/2 small onion, roughly chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon coriander
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons gluten free flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves, about a handful
Canola oil, for frying
4 pita breads
Chopped tomato, for garnish
Shredded Iceberg lettuce
Tahini sauce or hummus
