{Green} One Size Fits All Pancakes

Notes: 

blend 2 cups of spinach with the 1 1/4 cups of milk in my One-Size Fits All Pancakes

~These pancakes can be made into anything you want them to be! Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and, of course, sugar-free!

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cups brown rice flour (whole wheat flour works well, too)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups milk or milk substitute
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 egg or egg substitute (like a flax egg or chia egg)
3 tablespoons oil or applesauce (omitting this is fine)
Optional: Add ins like the variations listed below.
