Healthy salted caramel slice

Ingredients: 

For the crust
1 cup cashews
4 medjool dates, soaked and pitted
½ cup unsweetened dried coconut
For the caramel
12 medjool dates, soaked and pitted
2 tablespoons peanut flour
4 tablespoons water from soaked dates
1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
For the chocolate
½ cup coconut oil
6-10 drops liquid stevia, to taste
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
