1¼ cup spelt flour (or whole wheat flour)
¾ cup plain yogurt (not low-fat)
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp fine salt
4 tbsp fresh dill, divided (or other herb of your choice)
1 clove garlic, minced
1½ Tbsp coconut oil (or butter)
