Ingredients:

1 loaf of day old bread we prefer softer Italian or French bread. You can buy day old bread at most groceries stores for half the price of a fresh loaf
Spray Canola oil or olive Oil
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
** You can make your own version by changing your seasonings or use none at all**

  1. Slice and cube bread into 1/2" cubes or whatever size you like
  2. Place in a large mixing bowl
  3. Spray with oil until lighly coated tossing as you go along (we used to use regular olive oil but the spray alows for a lighter and more even coating).
  4. Add Seasonings and continue toss until well coated (We used to use fresh garlic but dried ingredients coat more evenly.
  5. Try different seasoning including parmessian or whatever you like.
  6. Spread evenly on a large baking tray and bake at 350-400 for about 20-30 minuted tossing every 5 minutes or so until they just begin to brown
  7. Stoe is a zip lock bag for weeks.
