Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients: 

3/4 pound rotini pasta, or any other type
1/2 cup Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons Wildtree Italian Dressing Mix
1 cup fresh broccoli florets, blanched
1 cup fresh cauliflower florets, blanched
1/2 cup shredded or matchstick carrots
1/2 cup scallions
1 package mini pepperoni


Prepare pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, mix oil, vinegar and Italian Dressing Mix. Take broccoli and cauliflower and blanch. Run under cold water. After pasta is done, run under cool water for 3 minutes; add to mixture. Add veggies and meat and stir. Chill and serve.
