Ingredients: 

Base:
½ cup walnuts
1/3 cup pecans
1/3 cup quinoa flakes
2 dates
2 scoops 180 Nutrition Protein (coconut)
2 scoops vanilla protein
½ cup almonds
¼ cup water
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 heaps teaspoons cinnamon
Filling:
1 cup pitted dates (soaked overnight or soaked in hot water for 30 minutes)
½ tablespoon almond butter
1 pinch of Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon agave
½ scoop 180 Nutrition Protein (coconut)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons coconut oil
¼ cup shredded coconut
Ganache:
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon rice malt syrup
4 tablespoons raw cacao
