Leek Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients: 

6 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
2 tsp. minced thyme
1 (1-lb.) sourdough boule, cut into ½″ pieces
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3 large leeks, white and light green parts only, halved lengthwise and sliced crosswise ½″ thick
1 1⁄3 cups heavy cream
1 1⁄3 cups whole milk
2 eggs plus 5 yolks
3⁄4 cup grated parmesan
