Lemon Herb Chicken with Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients: 

4 chicken breasts
1 lb baby potatoes, cut into 1/2 in pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Finlandia butter, divided
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 teaspoon flour
1/4 cup chicken broth
Juice from one lemon
4 tablespoons fresh mixed herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary, leaves removed from stems, parsley and rosemary chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste.
