I think next time I'll just keep them on low heat on the stove top, and cover it. It was so hot. It was awesome with sour cream- yum!!! Probably would be best as a potluck dish to a sports game or something. Was fun for dinner- but wish we had friends over to share it! Next time! :)
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
10 medium potatoes,cubed (1/2 inch)
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 TBS. freshly ground pepper
1/2 TBS. garlic powder
2 c. Mexican Blend Cheese
1/2 c. crumbled bacon
1/2 c. chopped green onion
