Marshmallow cheese cake

Ingredients: 

80-100g marshmallows (100g if you prefer a hard texture)
100g plain yoghurt
100g cream cheese
biscuits
20g butter, melted


  1. Crush the biscuits into small pieces.
  2. Mix the biscuits and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Spread the biscuits on the bottom of the cake mold.
  4. Microwave the cream cheese in a bowl for 1.5 min with 500W.
  5. Mix the cream cheese with the yoghurt.
  6. Add the marshmallow to the cheese mixture and mircowave it for 1.5 minutes with 500W (until the marshmallows melt).
  7. Pour it over the biscuits. Cool it down in a fridge for 3-4 hours.
