3 c. leftover cooked carrots
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
0.50 tsp. ground coriander
0.50 tsp. ground cinnamon
0.25 tsp. ground allspice
0.25 tsp. cayenne pepper
0.75 c. plain low-fat yogurt
0.50 c. toasted pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
6 tbsp. olive oil
