¾ cup water heated to 115°
1 tsp. honey
1 (¼-oz.) package active dry yeast
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. canola oil
½ tsp. kosher salt
¼ cup minced cilantro
Melted ghee, for brushing
