for the pretzel graham cracker crust:

1 1/2 cups pretzel twists (150 grams)
4 full graham cracker sheets (slightly less than 1/2 sleeve, about 50 grams)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
for the berry tart filling & topping:

3/4 cup cold heavy cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

16 ounces fresh berries, for topping
