Ingredients: 

1 lb. Okinawan sweet potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 lb. yams, cooked and cubed
½ green bell pepper, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ yellow bell pepper, diced

Dressing*:
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
¼ c cider vinegar
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp powdered mustard
Dash freshly ground black pepper
Dash Worcestershire sauce
*Substitute Paul Newman’s Low Fat Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing
