½ cup plain bread crumbs
1½ cups cornflakes, finely crushed
1½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Sea salt to taste
3 medium sweet onions, peeled
3 tbsp all-purpose flour

Looks amazing! I've always been too scared of deep-frying to make onion rings. Will have to try this oven method.
