Overnight Oats

Ingredients: 

1/3 cup raw old fashion oats
1 container Oikos 0% plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 packet stevia
cinnamon
splash vanilla
1/2 banana


1) Place oats and chia seeds in a bowl or jar

2) Next scoop in the greek yogurt and top with 1/2 packet stevia, heft doses of cinnamon, and a small splash of vanilla

3) Stir this all up with a spoon, adding a splash of water (~2 tablespoons) to thin it out.  The mixture with thicken up overnight so don't worry if it's a little thin

4) Next thinly slice half a banana on top

5) Mix in the bananas, and you're finished!

Additional toppings: almond, and bluberries

6) Put mixture in the fridge to cool and thicken overnight
