Pasta al Pesto

Ingredients: 

225g spaghetti
1/2 under-ripe avocado
lemon juice
7.5g packet fresh basil, roughly torn
1/2 garlic clove, roughly chopped
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 red chilli, deseeded and very finely chopped
10g fresh (vegetarian) Parmesan, grated
10g Pecorino cheese
1/2 cup pine nuts (crushed)
salt & pepper
