Pasta (White)

Ingredients: 

2 cups raw Macaroni pasta
1 tbsp oil
2-3 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
200 gms Fresh cream
1 tsp Garlic paste or 1 tbsp garlic cut
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 Capsicum
some Coriander leaves
Oregani
Chilli flakes or chillies
Basil and Thyme (optional)


Boiling pasta:

  • Lots of water, 1 tbsp oil and some salt. Add pasta and stir for a minute so it doesn't stick.
  • Every few mins stir. After 7-10 mins it should be done. Eat and check if it's done.
  • Strain water, and separate the paste. If gravy is ready, add the pasta to the gravy. If not, rinse the pasta in cold water, remove cold water and add some oil and separate so they don't stick

Gravy/Paste :

  • Chop the Garlic, Onions, Tomatoes and Capsicum. For Tomatoes, remove the seedy area and only keep the skin area.
  • Heat the butter and add garlic. Heat for 1-2 mins.
  • Add onions until they're cooked.
  • Add capsicum and saute for 30 sec.
  • Add tomatoes and saute for 30 sec.
  • Add boiled pasta and mix it up.
  • Add milk (or add more if you want more gravy).
  • Also add fresh cream here to make the gravy thick.
  • Add some cheese (grated)
  • Add coriander and some oregano, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, basil, thyme (all are optional based on how you want it to taste)
