Paula Deen Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients: 

16 rolls frozen dinner rolls, unbaked
1 package butterscotch pudding mix, not instant
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pecans
1 stick butter, melted


  1. Place frozen rolls in well greased Bundt pan the evening prior to baking.
  2. Sprinkle dry pudding mix over rolls and then brown sugar over the pudding mix.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pecans over brown sugar.
  4. Pour melted butter over all this entire creation.
  5. To stop the dough from forming a hard crust while it is rising overnight, cover it with a damp towel or tightly wrap with plastic wrap.
  6. Let rise overnight at room temperature, approximately 8 to 10 hours.
  7. The next day: Preheat oven to 350. Bake in for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for five minutes. Turn pan over on to a serving platter to remove. Serve by pulling apart chunks with forks
