2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (14-1/2-ounce) can peeled tomato wedges, undrained
2 large green bell peppers, cut into 1-inchs strips
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
Warm cooked noodles or rice
