12 peppermint candies (round) crushed
6oz package of raspberry gelatin
2 cups of whipped topping (thawed)
1 cup of marshmallow vodka OR 1 cup of cold water (for non-alcoholic parfaits)

For serving:
Additional whipped topping
Additional crushed peppermints
