Pork Chops Calzones stufed and grilled

Notes: 

use dig thermometer to test 160 degrees at center, stuffing. Marinate chops in mojo jarred sauce, slit center cut thick chops in center, stuff w slice smoked ham, provolone cheese,pepperoni, salt and pepper them, put a sage leave on top,sprinkle w ooil, grill.
