Protein Pudding from Krista

Ingredients: 

1 scoop whey, pea or combination
1-2 tbsp ground flax or chia
1-2 tbsp coconut, almond or quinoa flower
1-2 tsp cocoa powder
1-2 pack stevia or Splenda (optional)
Add water or unsweetened almond/hemp milk until a pudding consistency
Stir in 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
