Pumpkin Cinnamon Chip Cookies

May need to add more flour, was really runny and liquidy when a friend made these.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 (2-ounces) bag of cinnamon chips
1 egg
