Ingredients: 

14 oz active dry yeast (2 12 teaspoons)
13 cup sugar
34 cup milk (heated to lukewarm)
7 12 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp grated nutmeg (freshly)
1 tsp salt

1 18 cups unsalted butter (cold, cut into bits)
1 whole beaten eggs (lightly)
2 cups pumpkin puree (fresh, recipe precedes or a 16 ounce)
1 large egg yolks (wash made by beating, with 1 tablespoon water)
