Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients: 

1 large pumpkin or summer squash (4-5kg)
a few knobs of butter
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
a bunch of fresh sage
2 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of nutmeg
vegetable stock (250ml)
double cream (150ml)
1 small butternut squash
self raising flour (200g)
sparkling water, ice cold (400ml)
