200-gram Basmati rice
1 scallion, sliced
1 garlic glove, minced
1 red pointed pepper
5 black olives
5 green olives
5 Roma tomatoes
½ cup drained tuna
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
